What is passive income?
Passive income is income from business activities or investments in which the participant does not actively work in. In effect you make money without having to do anything on a day to day basis or, as John likes to put it, you make money without having to get out of bed! Examples of passive income include profit from buy to let investments, interest from savings, and income from dividends and royalties.
